ECCM LLC, was started in 1984 by Robert Rothwell Jr. After spending many years working for the phone company, New England Telephone, Robert decided that there was an emerging markert for the newly deregulated industry. Robert's passion for providing customers with the best service possible, combined with his willingness to do what ever it took to get the job done and please the customer, were the driving force behing ECCM LLC. Not only was ECCM a small family business, but it became a growing family over the years, adding employees and customers, all being treated as family.  

ECCM operates out of an 8,000 sq. ft. warehouse and office located in Avon, MA. This facility is located in the Avon Industrial Park, conveniently off route 24, and minutes from routes 128, 95, and route 93.

2nd Generation
In 2001 Robert made the decision that his two sons, Brian and Stephen, who had both worked at the company for many years in numerous roles, were ready to take over the business. ECCM was taken over by Brian and Stephen, who contiue to own and operate the company today. The combination of Brian's hands-on technical approach and systems expertise, along with Stephen's business degree and experience in all aspects of the company, will prove to be an unbeatable team. With the original goals of ECCM always in mind, Brian and Stephen have steadily grown ECCM since 2001, adding more product offereings to our customers, as well as a top notch management team to support them.

ECCM has always had a small business mentality, but over the years has grown to offer that of a larger company. WIth over 24 employees, a fleet of 16 service vehicles, and 24/7 emergency service, ECCM has all the resources necessary to get any job done.

The Future
We are always looking for new technology and products that will be attractive to our customers. Technology is changing everyday and we do our best to stay on top of it. Many systems are becoming more and more integrated with each other. We feel that in order to best serve our customers, we must continue to learn and adopt these new technologies and be able to add them to our product offereings.
