on-call to provide support to our customers at any
time of the day, any time of the week, any time of
the year. By calling ECCM during business hours or
by calling ECCM's emergency number after-hours, a
technician will be in contact with you to solve
your emergency.
After hours Emergency Service
- Call 1-800-649-3196, at the ECCM Auto Attendant
press the STAR (*) Key for the Emergency Service
option, Follow the prompts to leave a message and
the on call technician will return you call within
10 Minutes.
